Access to bv777 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.

• Account non-transferability: bv777 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any funds within it to any other person.

Players may request withdrawals of their available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the Account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bv777 does not accept cancellation requests for placed wagers except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the rules of the relevant game or market.

• Odds displayed on bv777 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds locked in at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager.
• bv777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a material error in odds — including manifest pricing errors — has occurred. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full in such instances.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bv777. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one bv777 Account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, access the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or coordinated multi-account strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in bv777's systems. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately and must not be used to derive benefit.
• Any form of collusion with other Players in multiplayer games or live dealer environments.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through the bv777 platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your bv777 Account on your behalf.
• Any conduct that bv777 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward bv777 staff or other Players.

All content on the bv777 Platform — including but not limited to the bv777 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of bv777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any bv777 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of any source code or underlying software from the bv777 Platform.
• Creation of derivative works based on bv777 content, branding, or game assets.
• Commercial exploitation of any bv777 material in any form or medium.

Any unauthorised use of bv777 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

bv777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using bv777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

The types of personal data bv777 collects include registration details, identity verification documents, payment information, device identifiers, IP addresses, and gaming activity logs. This data is used for the following purposes:

• Account management, authentication, and bv777 Login security.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and payment verifications.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical faults, server maintenance, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate login security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bv777's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including any instance of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from bv777.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict or close the Account.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• A voluntary closure request submitted by the Account holder, including self-exclusion requests.

In cases of Account closure due to Player breach, bv777 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits net of any applicable deductions will be returned to the verified payment method on record within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any ongoing fraud investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting the bv777 support team via live chat or email. All verified Account balances will be returned upon closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv777 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Players must first contact bv777 support via live chat or email at [email protected] and allow bv777 a period of 14 calendar days to resolve the dispute informally.
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 14 days, Players may submit a formal written complaint. bv777 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a final determination within 28 days of receipt.
3. External Resolution: If a Player remains dissatisfied following bv777's final determination, the dispute may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as specified in bv777's gaming licence conditions.

Players agree that any claims against bv777 must be brought on an individual basis only and may not be consolidated with claims by other Players or brought as part of any class action proceeding.

bv777 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bv777 will notify Players through one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed on the Platform upon next login, an email to the registered Account address, or a prominent notice on the bv777 homepage.

The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bv777 Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
